Why the Dry Eye Hub

A more convenient home for Endoret / PRGF in the Lower Mainland

Until now, Endoret (PRGF) therapy in the region was offered only out of Richmond, with limited availability. The Dry Eye Hub brings the same regenerative treatment to a central East Vancouver location through Integra Eyecare Centre — easier for your patients to reach and easier to schedule.

📍

Central & transit-friendly

On Kingsway in East Vancouver, a short walk from Nanaimo SkyTrain Station — far more accessible than a Richmond-only option for most Lower Mainland patients.

🗓

Real availability

Open scheduling for new referrals, with the blood-draw and treatment slots needed to start PRGF therapy without long waits.

🤝

You stay in the loop

Choose how involved you want to remain. We report back to the referring practice and respect your ongoing relationship with the patient — including their optical care.

👁

Advanced dry eye expertise

One of British Columbia's most comprehensive dry eye centres, with a skilled, experienced clinical team managing ocular surface disease day in, day out.

🔬

Full diagnostic workup

PRGF is delivered as part of a complete ocular surface assessment, so candidacy and treatment plans are tailored to each patient.

Smooth hand-back

For co-managed cases, we stabilize the ocular surface and transition care back to you with clear notes and recommendations.

The therapy

What is Endoret® (PRGF)?

Endoret (PRGF — Plasma Rich in Growth Factors) is an autologous therapy made from a small sample of the patient's own blood. The plasma is processed to concentrate natural growth factors that promote healing and regeneration of the ocular surface — a powerful option for moderate-to-severe dry eye and ocular surface disease that hasn't responded to conventional treatment.

Blood draw

A small sample is drawn in-clinic during the patient's visit.

Processing

The sample is processed to isolate the patient's own growth-factor-rich plasma — no additives.

Treatment

The prepared PRGF is applied to the ocular surface as directed by the treating doctor.

Follow-up & refills

Response is monitored and the regimen adjusted, with refills prepared as needed.

Good referral candidates

  • Moderate-to-severe dry eye / ocular surface disease
  • Persistent symptoms despite drops, lid therapy or IPL
  • Neurotrophic or recurrent epithelial surface disease
  • Patients needing regenerative support before or after ocular surgery
  • Anyone you'd like assessed for advanced ocular surface management

Not sure if a patient qualifies? Refer them anyway — our team will assess candidacy.

Choose your level of involvement

Three tiers of referral care

Refer the way that suits your practice and your patient. You decide how much of the dry eye journey you hand over — and we'll always keep optical care with you.

Tier 1

Full transfer of dry eye care

Hand over ongoing dry eye and ocular surface disease management to our team entirely.

  • Our doctors manage the patient's dry eye / OSD end-to-end
  • Complete diagnostics, treatment plan and follow-up with us
  • Endoret / PRGF delivered as clinically indicated
  • Optical stays with you — glasses & contacts through the patient's primary eyecare provider

Tier 3

Endoret / PRGF only

You keep managing the patient — we simply deliver the PRGF procedure.

  • Focused PRGF assessment and treatment
  • Blood draw, processing and application handled by us
  • Treatment summary returned to you
  • All other dry eye management & optical stay with you
