Orthokeratology (AOK)
Beyond its role in myopia management, AOK is also an excellent non-surgical solution for patients seeking freedom from daytime lenses. These lenses reshape the cornea overnight and can be life changing for patients with early keratoconus, post-surgical irregularities, or high prescriptions. We have fitted AOK lenses for over a decade and continue to refine the process using topographic data and axial length to guide results.

Scleral Lenses
Scleral lenses are large-diameter lenses that vault over the cornea and rest on the white part of the eye. They are ideal for irregular corneas, severe dry eye, advanced keratoconus, or post-surgical eyes where other lenses have failed. These lenses provide exceptional stability, comfort, and clarity in cases where standard lenses simply cannot deliver. Our doctors are trained in fitting a wide range of scleral designs, including those requiring custom vaults, toric haptics, or multifocal optics.

Custom Soft and Rigid Lenses
Some patients require highly specialized designs not found in off-the-shelf lenses. Whether it is a high astigmatism, complex post-LASIK surface, or therapeutic indication, we have access to and experience with a full range of custom lens options. Every fit is guided by precise imaging, topography, and corneal measurements to deliver results that are both functional and sustainable.
